The Misfits are as essential to rock’n’roll as Elvis, Chuck Berry and The Rolling Stones and still proves to be one of the greatest rock-n-roll outfits to date.

Aggresive yet melodic, sinister yet romantic - Glenn Danzig‘s songwriting combined with his unmistakeable crooning merged with the pounding bass and guitars makes for something not heard before nor to be heard since.

An endless torrent of bands have since tried to imitate The Misfits, but rarely even manage to scratch the surface.

The Misfits back catalogue is close to flawless - Even the few moments they aren’t amazing, they‘re still great.

The Misfits are timeless, peerless, transcend genres and still 50 years later, manage to inspire bands all over the world.

This compilation of Danish underground artists is a testament to this, with a wide range of artists represented, underlining the diversity of The Misfits’ songwriting.
